We got a dog suit in 2021, and with the snow hitting last week, we finally tried it on our Springer. Turns out, it was a bit snug. I inquired about an exchange, even though it’s been a while, and they said yes. Quick swap, and now we’re all set for the next snowfall!

I placed my order through the RoyalMail 48-hour tracking service. Still haven't gotten it, and it's been almost 5 days, including the weekend. This was my first time shopping on this site, and I'm really not pleased at all.

I put in my order early on Wednesday. Got 2 vet beds that showed up today around 2 PM. The service was top-notch! I'll surely be coming back for more shopping in the future.

I placed an order for a canine harness on Thursday, and it shipped out the same day. Sadly, it didn’t fit my pup, so I sent it back on Monday around 2:30 PM. Then, at 1:30 PM today (Tuesday), I got an email saying my refund was processed—how awesome is that? We recently purchased a couple of 150x150cm vet bedding mats for our indoor guinea pig runs. These mats have been amazing and have saved us a ton of time and cash since we don’t have to wash as many towels anymore. I reckon that in just six weeks, we’ll have recouped our investment in the mats due to using less electricity for washing the towels. They’re just right for our pigs. A few weeks later, I chatted with the company, and they shared some advice on trimming them to fit the shape of the runs. The 150x150 cm mats can fit in a washing machine, but it’s a bit tight. I’d recommend that anyone looking to use them for guinea pig runs should get them cut to the size of the run for easier fitting and washing. Overall, a fantastic product with excellent after-sales support!
